My Journey
In 2014, I found fitness during one of the hardest seasons of my life. Working with a trainer helped me lose 50 lbs (that’s right, I also have a before ‘n after photo), but more importantly, it gave me something bigger: confidence, control, and empowerment. It was the spark that ignited my passion for helping other women transform their lives.
Since then, I’ve earned certifications in Personal & Strength Training, Functional & Hormonal Health, and Nutrition, all while working with women across Canada and the U.S. Over the years, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t just about weight loss—it’s about feeling strong, capable, and confident in your own skin.
