Absolutely! Your workout program is designed for you, your goals, your availability and what you have access too. Body weight workouts are a great place to start.

No, you don’t have too! I have a lot of clients who don’t. But depending on your goals, tracking your food in some capacity is the easiest, most efficient way to reach those goals. We will always talk about an approach that feels best for you.

We do weekly formal check ins through WhatsApp. You’ll get a voice recorded response from me, and have access to me anytime you need for additional questions or support.

I am not a coach who offers meal plans- I do not believe they are sustainable and don’t truly educate you about nutrition or how to fuel your body for your goals/needs. You will be provided multiple meal plan samples, food & grocery lists, a custom macro breakdown and blueprint so you know how to get started towards balancing meals and realistic nutrition changes!
