I’ve been where you are—stuck in the cycle of confusing advice, quick-fix diets, and feeling like nothing works. That’s why I created Breakthrough Coaching: to help you cut through the noise and finally feel confident in your health and fitness journey.

Here’s how it goes down!

  • To get the process started, you’ll need to fill out my application form.

  • Once I receive your application, you’ll receive an email from me where we can chat more about your goals and the program that will work best for you! At this stage, we’ll also talk about the investment.

  • Once you’ve signed the dotted line, you’ll get an email with the tools and apps you’ll need to get started (aka Trainerize and My Fitness Pal). Each week, you’ll fill out a questionnaire and send photos where I’ll send you a voice note back with any feedback or advice! From there we refine and adjust as needed to create a plan that works for you!
