Like many women, I struggled for years trying to achieve the results I wanted, and was so confused on what was “right” for me.
I struggled with binge eating, very unhealthy habits with exercise, a poor mindset and it wasn’t until I found a flexible approach to nutrition and my habits, that I truly created a balanced and healthy lifestyle for myself- that I have maintained!
Now I coach women to do the same :)
